Partnership Responsibilities
Broker
The partnership begins with you, the Broker, recruiting
appropriate candidates. Your recruitment will be made easier
when you have a valuable recruitment tool like this partnership
award. This program provides an effective way for you to give
back to your community and to enhance your business prospects in
our increasingly diverse world.
The Broker's first job is to make sure that the fees for the
candidate's Pre-licensing
Education, books and salesperson's license fee are paid by
the Broker, the candidate or other sources. The Broker must
provide a recommendation of the candidate, and attend an
interview with the WRA Equal Opportunity in Housing Committee
where the Broker is asked to explain his or her new agent
training and mentor program. Mentor
Guidelines are available for any Broker looking to set up a
mentor program within his or her company. If the candidate
receives an award, the Broker must sign the Program's letter of
understanding and help remind the award winner of his or her
repayment obligation.

future candidates.
