Are you searching for a single source on designation information? Search no more. To cut through the confusion of the various designations, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association has put together the Designation Guide. The Guide, a handy reference book for both new and experienced REALTORS®, sorts through 26 of the industries most sought after designations.

What sets the WRA Designation Guide apart is that it lists all of the information you need when making a decision about pursuing a designation. This includes not only the general educational requirements and whether or not an exam is required, but also estimated cost of courses, the availability of continuing education credit, application fees and annual membership dues to maintain a designation, and more. Agency Law DVD - VT400

Are you ready for the revised agency law? Effective July 1, 2006, the revised law will change how you do business. There are a number of critical changes you will need to know. For example, you will be required to use a new broker disclosure form with your listing contracts. Do you know the difference between the old form and the new form? The current process and the new process? How will you explain these changes to clients? How will you get the new forms?

What is the new agency law? The WRA's 2006 agency law revisions help to clarify and update Wisconsin's agency law, creating a more transaction-oriented and understandable law. The primary changes in the law include a plain-English agency disclosure, more flexible timing for agency disclosure, the adoption of designated agency, mandatory consumer disclosures by brokers entering into limited services listings, and clarification of sub-agency and brokerage relationships prior to entering into agency relationships.
