The WRA offers commercial real estate continuing education classes on a regular basis and these classes are approved and satisfy the Department of Safety and Professional Services continuing education requirement.
If your real estate license is currently inactive and has been inactive for less than five years, you need to complete the 2009-2010 continuing education and pay the license fee and late fee to renew your license. Further questions can be directed to the DSPS at drl.wi.gov.
