2007-2008 Commercial Real Estate Continuing Education - Distance Learning

The WRA has created commercial-centric courses specifically for those who practice in the commercial real estate world. Attorney Dave Sayas will speak to issues specific to commercial practice and relevant to the contracts you use everyday. Below are the distance learning options for 2007-2008 Real Estate CE.

Please call the WRA at 1-800-279-1972 if you need to reorder a course.   CE1 - Issues Relating To Commercial Listings 2007-08 Discussion of the commercial listing and business listing and how they affect your commercial practice.  On Demand   CE2 - Issues Relating To Commercial Offer To Purchase 2007-08 A comprehensive review of the commercial WB-15 contingencies including: financing, document review, Phase I and Phase II site assessments and environmental evaluation, as well as a review of title insurance, conservation subdivisions, and 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.  On Demand   CE3 - New Developments in the Profession 2007-08 An in-depth look at the 2008 WB-36 Buyer Agency/Tenant Representation Agreement, as well as a review of the agency law revisions, environmental issues, case law updates, land use, and condominium law.  On Demand   CE4C - Issues Relating To Real Estate Professional Ethics & Fair Housing 2007-08 The WRA created a course that not only meets the Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL) license requirements but also the quadrennial ethics requirement set forth by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Course 4C contains information regarding ethics, the DRL complaint process, the process of both mediation and arbitration, Fair Housing law, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and licensee disclosure obligations.  On Demand Upon receiving and processing your registration for these courses the WRA will ship you the necessary course materials and course access information.
