Individual User Exam Version - Continuing Ed Start Online Individual User Exam Purchase Course(s): Check the CE course(s) below that you wish to purchase, then the study option, and finally click the Register button. Please call the WRA at 1-800-279-1972 if you need to reorder a course.   CE1 - Issues Relating To Agency Agreements (2007/2008) This course will include an in-depth discussion of the 2008 WB-1 Residential Listing Contract and how it compares to the previous version. It will also include various discussions including but not limited to, common boundary line issues, fixtures, title concerns, advertising regulations, listing extensions, cooperation with other brokers, the legal rights to modify or terminate the listing contract, real estate condition reports, seller disclosures of defects, e-mail delivery, and signatures by an agent for an entity or for a party.  DVD  Self Study Book  On Demand   CE2 - Issues Relating To Offer To Purchase (2007/2008) An in-depth look at the numerous issues that directly affect an offer to purchase including: agency relationships, fixtures, acceptance, financing issues, title evidence, contingencies and addenda provisions typically included in a real estate transaction.  DVD  Self Study Book  On Demand   CE3 - New Developments in the Profession (2007/2008) This course discusses the most current and up-to-date law changes and issues directly affecting real estate practice including: the 2008 WB-36 Buyer Agency/Tenant Representation Agreement, a comprehensive review of the revised agency law, environmental issues: radium, mold, radon, lead based paint, methamphetamine, pest problems, zoning law developments, condominium laws and real estate case law update.  DVD  Self Study Book  On Demand   CE4A - Issues Relating To Real Estate Profesionals; Ethics and Fair Housing (2007/2008) This course assists REALTOR® members to achieve the National Association of REALTORS® quadrennial ethics requirement, as well as the three hours of the state-mandated continuing education hours. Course 4A provides a dialogue on how license law and industry standards establish a higher standard of ethics as opposed to general business ethics.
