Sales Pre-license - Distance Learning
The WRA offers the real estate sales pre-license course as a
video or as an Internet-based course that you can study at your
own convenience. To learn more about this product, be sure to
read our Pre-license FAQ.

Notice: The state-approved listing
contract (WB-1) and buyer agency/tenant representation agreement
(WB-36) are changing. The forms will have an optional use date of
January 1, 2008 and mandatory use date of July 1, 2008.
Consequently, we strongly encourage you to complete the course and
take the license exam by July 1, 2008. As of July 1, 2008 the
license exam will include test questions on the revised 2008 WB-1
and 2008 WB-36. If you do not complete the course prior to July 1,
2008, you will have to take specific steps to receive the revised
information. You have one year from the date of purchase to
complete the course.
