QuickStart

The QuickStart program assists agents in learning the business of real estate. The program begins with building relationships with buyers and sellers including prospecting, pricing properties, responding to concerns and making presentations to buyers and sellers. Courses focus on contract issues, agency relationships and negotiating strategies. The QuickStart program also discusses various methods of communication, goal setting, time management and incorporating technology into a real estate agent’s business plan. The program is designed to help agents become confident in their practice as well as focused on their personal business plan. Completion of the QuickStart program (four days) and passing the exams fulfills the requirements for GRI Course 1.

QuickStart 102 - Working with Buyers

  • Services Offered to Buyers
  • Presentation to Buyers

QuickStart 103 - Contracting and Negotiating

  • Contract Issues
  • Agency Relationships
  • Types of Agency Agreements
  • Offer to Purchase
  • Confidentiality and Contract Issues
  • Negotiating Offers
QuickStart 104 - Effective Communication and Business Planning
  • Using Various Forms of Communication
  • Creating a Business Vision
  • Goal Setting
  • Time Management

Take one, two or all four courses at once.

Registering for all four QuickStart classes is highly recommended.  Not only will your career benefit with the valuable information contained in all four courses, but you will save money ($60).  Plus, save even more if you are a new member.  Apply the WRA’s $40 gift certificate toward full registration (all 4 courses) of this program.
