is the SRES professional designation? |

A. SRESŪ: The
Seniors Real Estate
Specialist is the only designation and
marketing program specially designed to serve senior
property owners. SRES designees demonstrate requisite
knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients
through the major financial and lifestyle transitions
involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a
house. |

do I earn the SRES? |

A. The
Seniors Real Estate SpecialistsŪ (SRESŪ) Designation
is one of the largest and fastest-growing national
designations and most comprehensive seniors program in
the industry.
- Meet the SRESŪ
designation
requirements.
- Membership in good standing in the National
Association of REALTORSŪ.
- Complete the 12-hour course and pass the test.

| Q. What
are the requirements for
earning my SRES? |
|
A. Requirements to receive the SRESŪ designation:
- Agent must be a REALTORŪ.
- Agent must be in good standing with his/her
local board or association of REALTORSŪ.
- Agent must complete the two-day SRESŪ training
program and successfully pass the final exam.

| Q. Do I have to take
additional courses to maintain my SRES? |
|
A. While the WRA offers an annual
SRES Course, you are not required to complete
additional coursework to maintain your designation.
Once the SRES is earned, you simply must maintain
your REALTORŪ membership to continue using it, and
the annual membership in the SRES Council. |

another. Is my SRES still valid? |
| A. Yes, once you have earned the SRES, all
other states will recognize it. |

this to appear? |

A. The WRA is your point of entry for
SRES
data for NRDS.

Q. I have earned the
SRES
designation, but am planning to disaffiliate from
the REALTORSŪ organization. May I still use the
designation on my business card and marketing
materials? |

A. No. In order to use the
SRES designation
mark, you must be a member in good standing with the
National Association of REALTORSŪ. |
