WRA Broker Club Information
If your firm subscribes to the Broker Club, your students may take the pre-license sales course at a reduced fee. Firms must register students online at wra.org/CompEdPrograms for the online course in order to receive the discounted rate. The WRA provides the broker the status of the student’s progression throughout the course via e-mail, and brokers may also monitor student's progress online via the order process tool. Students registering directly through the WRA will not receive a discount after registration. Please contact the WRA Broker Club pricing.
Sales & Broker Pre-license Courses
The broker club offers two programs that include all or some of the options below. Contact the WRA for complete program details.
- On Demand Program: This program is entirely online. Students have the option printing their own books (Course Book, Pre-exam Review Book, Selected Portions of Code Book) or they can purchase the books if they prefer. At the completion of the class, the student will be able to print their own certificate and their information will be updated in their WRA file. You will receive periodic notices on the progress of the student. Students have one year from the date of registration to complete the program.
- Online Program: This program is designed to have the student read a chapter and then log onto the Web to complete quizzes, other exercises and review video clips. After the student completes the final exam, they will be able to print the Certificate of Completion and the information will be updated in their WRA file. Students have one year from the date of registration to complete the program. The fee includes real estate sales textbooks which are shipped to student.
- Classroom: The broker must register the students taking the classroom course in order to receive the discount. Discounts will not be given after registration. Attendance is required for the eight days of class from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Certificate of Completion is e-mailed to the student upon completion of the class, and the information is updated in the student’s WRA file.
- DVD Program: The student may begin the course after the WRA receives the student registration from the Broker. The fee includes real estate sales textbooks which are shipped to the student. After the student completes all chapter coursework and quizzes, they must take a final online practice exam which signifies course completion. Upon completion of the practice exam, they will be able to print their certificate of completion and the information will be updated in their WRA file. Students have one year to complete the course from the date of registration.
It is recommended that students complete the course in three to four months. Students achieve the most success by completing four chapters per month. During this time, students have access to the WRA’s trainer and WRA attorneys for content-related questions. The DSPS requires the completion certificate in order to issue a salesperson license.
