Q. What is CRS designation?
A. CRS: Certified Residential Specialist, a designation awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS is a nationally-recognized designation. REALTORSŪ with the CRS are acknowledged for advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing.

CRS designees receive the added member benefits of the recognition that comes from receiving the highest professional designation awarded in the residential real estate industry, the referrals from your name in the national CRS roster, which is distributed to over 18,000 top producers in the county.

Q. How can I earn the CRS designation?
A. The WRA offers CRS courses as a part of its Graduate REALTORSŪ Institute (GRI) program. In addition, the WRA occasionally offers CRS courses on their own.

There are two ways you can earn the CRS Designation. Choose the program that best suits your needs. All require membership in the National Association of REALTORSŪ and the Residential Sales Council.
