Q. What is ABRM designation?
A. ABRM: Accredited Buyer Representative Manager. The prestigious ABRM Designation is geared to real estate firm brokers, owners and managers that have or wish to incorporate buyer representation into their daily practice. This designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council after fulfillment of several requirements:
  • successful completion of the ABR course and exam
  • successful completion of the ABRM course and exam
  • provide proof of having overseen/managed one or more buyer agent(s) in 25 closed real estate transactions or having oversight of one or more buyer agent(s) for a period of two years or more
  • be a REALTOR® and a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council in good standing
