 Board appointments - Provide counsel and recommendations for regulatory boards and councils that require real estate expertise such as the Real Estate, Appraiser, and Home Inspection Boards at the Department of Regulation and Licensing as well as the Board of Directors of
WHEDA.
Studies and Commissions - Participate on gubernatorial boards, studies, and commissions regarding key "quality of life" issues such as strategic planning, economic development, K-12 funding, health care, land use, and tax policies.
