REALTORS® Endorse Van Hollen for Attorney General

MADISON, WI – Meaningful and effective public policy, in every branch of government, requires thoughtful, non-partisan and balanced leadership. Over the last four years, we have seen that kind of leadership in Wisconsin’s top cop, Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen. Nowhere is that more evident than on issues impacting Wisconsin’s property and home owners. It is for those issues and those property owners that we proudly endorse Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen for re-election.
That J.B. Van Hollen has championed homeowner issues is no surprise, since these are the issues he campaigned on four years ago – issues that persuaded our organization to endorse him in 2006.
J.B.’s background includes experience not only in the law and law enforcement, but also in his family’s real estate business. That experience gives him the knowledge to properly balance the private rights of individual property owners with the public rights of all Wisconsin citizens to a clean environment and thoughtful, balanced growth and development. This experience has also helped create a more stable legal climate and stronger law enforcement at all levels, both of which are essential prerequisites to making Wisconsin more attractive for business and families alike. All of this makes for stronger residential and commercial real estate markets and thus a stronger Wisconsin.
We salute J.B. Van Hollen for his last four years as Wisconsin’s Attorney General and proudly endorse his re-election to another term as Wisconsin’s top law enforcement officer. On behalf of Wisconsin’s real estate professionals, and the property owners they represent, we encourage all Wisconsin voters to join us in supporting Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen.
