Products Overview
The WRA offers a wide range of real estate products, from real estate transaction forms to industry-related publications. Orders can be placed through the website or over the phone with a Products Department staff member. If you have a question about a product, contact the Products Department staff for assistance.
With a library of over a hundred forms, the WRA carries all of the real estate transaction forms you need. If you are looking for electronic forms, we offer zipForms. For more information, go to the zipForm Center where you can learn more about the zipForm software.
In addition to forms, the WRA also offers a library of over a hundred publications featuring the nation's most renowned real estate authors. A variety of books is available, covering important subjects such as technology, marketing and sales. Books on more specific subjects like property management and real estate appraisal are also available.

NOW AVAILABLE! Wisconsin Real Estate Clauses, 2012 Edition
A collaborative effort between the University of Wisconsin Law School and the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, the Wisconsin Real Estate Clauses, 2012 Edition is the "go-to" resource for drafting ideas when standard forms need to be modified to reflect the intent of the parties. The clause manual addresses a myriad of drafting considerations and includes sample provisions and contingencies, buyer and seller checklists, and a variety of broker disclosures. In many instances, there are different alternate versions of a provision offered to better enable offer customization.
The 2012 edition completely revises the 2000 edition. It incorporates the many and significant changes to drafting offers from the approval of the residential offer to purchase (WB-11) (2011) by the Department of Safety and Professional Services. This edition adds new clauses and revises many clauses that appeared in the previous edition.
