| Q. How
long does it take to download? |
A. The software and forms are about 3.5 MB. When downloading the screen may indicate it will
take several hours to download, however, depending on your modem speed the actual download
should take from 15-45 minutes. No additional software including PDF readers are needed to
download the program. |

screen says it's going to take hours to download. Is this
correct? |
| A. No, even though the screen says it will take a long time it should only take from
15-45 minutes. |
| Q. What
should I do if the company information on the download screen is
incorrect? |
| A. Please have the Broker contact the WRA to update your firm's membership records
before downloading the program. |
| Q. I just installed the program and
I don’t know the password, how can I get this information? |
| A. The default user name in ZipForm for Windows is
"Master". The default password in ZipForm for Windows is
"password". It is case sensitive and enter it without
quotes. |
| Q. Where
is the ZF5WRA icon on my computer desktop? |
A. To locate where the ZF5WRA file was saved to follow these steps:
- Click on the Start button
- Select Find
- Select Files and Folders A
- Find: All Files window will appear
- Type the following:
- Name: ZF5WRA.exe
- Look in: C:
- Check the Include Subfolders box
- Click on Find Now
- Once the file is found double click on it to start the installation of ZipForm
- Close the Find: Files Names ZF5WRA.exe window when the installation is complete
