| Q. Why
do I get kicked off the Internet when I'm downloading? |
A. Your Internet service may think that your computer is idle during the FTP download
process. You may want to try to connect to the Internet during off-peak periods of the day
such as early morning or late night. If you are still unsuccessful please contact your
Internet Service Provider. |
| Q. Why
won't all the information I put on the Cover Sheet automatically
transfer to the forms? |
| A. This is due to the structure of the forms. By clicking the
lookup arrow on the field and selecting the correct information,
the field will be populated. You can alter the
information at this time also. |
| Q. Why are the screen fonts wingdings
or odd characters and unreadable? |
| A. A standard Windows system font on your PC is
corrupt or does not exist. You should re-install the standard
Windows system fonts. |
| Q. Why
isn't the year automatically inserted when entering a date on
some forms? |
| A. Some of the State approved forms have the "19__" on the form so in order to
make the date read correctly it is a separate field. You will need to insert the date and
strike out the "19." When the forms change to reflect the year 2000 this will
not be a problem |
