Download Instructions

Depending on the speed of your modem, the initial download may take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes.

1.  Go to the ZipForm Information Center.
2. Select Download Desktop Software.
3. Select Download Desktop Version 5.0
4. Enter your 3-6 digit Company ID# ___________or use the lookup option to find your company. Click the "Submit Company ID" button. If a security notice appears, click the "Yes" button to proceed.
5. Verify your company information. Click the "Correct" button if ok or the "Incorrect" button if the information is wrong. Follow the prompts if you selected the "Incorrect" button.
6. Enter your name and personal e-mail address if you have one. Click the "Submit" button. If a security notice appears, click the "Yes" button to proceed.
7. Write down the redemption code (If you entered your e-mail address you will also be sent the redemption code via your e-mail). Keep this number for future downloads. NOTE: The 1st, 6th, and 10th characters are letters.
8. Click the "Download Now" link. A common message regarding viruses may appear on your screen. Click "Save".
9. A "Save As" screen will appear. You will want to:
   - Save in: Desktop
   - File name: ZF5WRA
   - Save as type: Application
   (This most likely will be selected for you.)
   Click the "Save" button. The download will begin.
10. When the download is complete, minimize your Internet screen by clicking on the dash (-) button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Do not close your Internet connection.
11. The ZF5WRA icon will be on your screen (desktop). It appears as a computer with boxes. Double click the ZF5WRA icon and follow the prompts to install the WRA forms.
12. Click "Finish" when the installation is complete.
13. The program box for ZipForm appears on your screen. Double click the ZipForm icon to open the program.
14. Enter your redemption code and click "Next."
15. Congratulations! You have downloaded and installed ZipForm. From now on, to access ZipForm you will click the ZipForm Desktop icon on your screen. (To avoid accidentally reinstalling the program, delete the ZF5WRA icon from your desktop.)
