Wisconsin Real Estate Continuing Education
The WRA's mission is to help members better serve their clients by offering a high standard of real estate learning. Every course offered through the WRA is carefully designed to help students further their knowledge of the industry so they can offer their clients professional service and expertise that is second-to-none.
All real estate licenses expire on a biennial schedule and must be renewed by December 14th of the even-numbered years. License renewal requires 18 hours of continuing education. Learn more about licensing requirements.
The WRA offers real estate residential continuing education classes on a regular basis, and these classes are approved and satisfy the Department of Safety and Professional Services continuing education requirement.
If your real estate license is currently inactive and has been inactive for less than five years, you need to complete the 2009-2010 continuing education and pay the license fee and late fee to renew your license. Further questions can be directed to the DSPS as dsps.wi.gov.
