Wisconsin Enters into Reciprocity Agreements With Illinois and
Indiana
Working cooperatively with the WRA the Department of Regulation
and Licensing has entered into reciprocity agreements with the
states of Illinois and Indiana. Under these agreements Wisconsin
licensees need only take the prelicense exam in order to obtain a
license in these states. Wisconsin brokers will only need to take
the brokers exam in order to qualify for a broker’s license (no
prelicense education requirements!). The WRA is working with the
Illinois and Indiana REALTORSŪ Associations to make available
pre-examination study guides. Look for updates on these products
in the near future.
