Property Management
A real estate license is required to provide brokerage services
which include the promotion of the rental or leasing of real
estate, and the negotiation and drafting of leases. Brokers must
have proper agency authority to provide property management
services, typically a WB-37 Exclusive Listing Contract for Lease
of Real Property or the WRA Property Management Agreement.
