This is another convenient self-study option. Internet instruction allows you to study from anywhere you have a computer, at any time that is convenient for you. You will receive the texts and instructions for accessing interactive material online. The course is made up of 14 chapters which can be completed in the comfort of your home. Test your knowledge with online quizzes and a mock exam before sitting for the state exam.

This self-study option is the ultimate in convenience. A set of tapes will be sent to you with the required texts and instructions. The course is made up of 14 chapters, which can be completed in the comfort of your home.

A. In addition to completing the education requirements students not already enrolled in a WRA Sales Prelicense Course can purchase access to a 140 questions simulated exam and/or a vocabulary tool to help you learn the hundreds of terms used in real estate.

A. If you have completed our Pre-license course and failed the licensing exam, you may retake any portion of the course within one year of first completing the course, at no charge.

A. A self study video course consisting of 15 video tapes to be viewed at your convenience. The video course meets the 72-hour sales education requirements and must be completed prior to taking the exam.
 

To participate in this Real Estate Prelicense distance learning online course you will first need to register for the the on-line course.  Once you are registered you will receive, via UPS, the instructions and required course books.  After reviewing the instructions you will connect to the WRA's Web site and begin the on-line course. This provides you with a comprehensive course book supported by video reviews of the material. The course is made up of 14 chapters which can be completed in the comfort of your home. Test your knowledge with online quizzes and a mock exam before sitting for your licensing exam. After completing the course work and final exam, your score will appear on the screen and you will be able to print your certificate of completion.
