| Q. How
can I earn the CRS designation? |
|
A. The WRA offers
CRS
courses as a part of its Graduate REALTORSŪ Institute
(GRI)
program. In addition, the WRA occasionally offers
CRS
courses on their own.
There are
two ways you can earn the CRS
Designation. Choose the program that best suits your
needs. All require membership in the National
Association of REALTORSŪ and the Residential Sales
Council.

| Q. Do I have to take
additional courses to maintain my CRS? |
|
A. While the WRA offers CRS
electives throughout the year, you are not required to
complete additional coursework to maintain your
designation. Once the CRS is earned, you simply must
maintain your REALTORŪ membership to continue using
it. |

Q. I earned my
CRS in one
state, but am now preparing to be licensed in
another. Is my CRS still valid? |
| A. Yes, once you have earned the CRS, all
other states will recognize it. |

designation does not appear in NRDS. How do I get
this to appear? |

A. The WRA is your point of entry for
CRS
data for NRDS. Please email us at
educate@wra.org and we will submit the information to NRDS. |

Q. I have earned the
CRS
designation, but am planning to disaffiliate from
the REALTORSŪ organization. May I still use the
designation on my business card and marketing
materials? |

A. No. In order to use the
CRS designation
mark, you must be a member in good standing with the
National Association of REALTORSŪ. |
