 WRA Cancel Policy
The WRA's class cancel policy is outlined below for live
classes and distance learning courses:
Live Classes
- The WRA reserves the right to cancel the course if not filled. Registration fees will be refunded.
- Cancellations must be made in writing prior to the start of the class and will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- Registrations cannot be transferred between students.
- Pre-license students can transfer to a classroom, Internet or DVD course within one year of the original date of registration for a $100 fee.
Distance Learning Programs (Internet, Video/DVD)
- Students may cancel within two weeks of registration but must cancel prior to the start of the course.
- Cancellations must be made in writing and will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- Registrations cannot be transferred between students.
- Books and DVDs must be returned at student’s expense and be in re-useable condition. The request for cancellation will not be processed until the materials have been received by the WRA.
