is SRES designation? |
A. SRES stands for Seniors
Real Estate Specialist, a designation
offered by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. The SRES designation acknowledges REALTORSŪ
who have completed an education
program that provides practical real estate training for
the over 50+ client. This program is above and beyond the education
required to earn a real estate license.
The SRES designation conferred by the Senior Advantage
Real Estate Council (SAREC) is recognized by the National
Association of REALTORS but is not a NAR program.
This designation is not affiliated nor

| Q. How can I earn the SRES designation? |
A. The WRA's 2-day Seniors Real Estate
Specialist course will provide you with specialized
knowledge and different solutions to effectively service
this market. To earn your SRES designation, you must
complete this two-day course and pass an exam. In
addition, you must have documentation of at least 3
transactions with senior clients completed 12 months
after receiving the designation. However, you can use the
designation upon passing the test. The course satisfies the SRES education requirement. You'll learn:
