Real Estate CE Demonstration
Every two years real estate licensees must complete
12 hours of continuing education to maintain their license. This
can be accomplished by attending 4 three hour classes and passing
a 15 question exam for each course, testing out of CE by passing a
State exam, or taking a distance learning course. The WRA offers
two distance learning options for continuing education, video and
self-study books. Students must take an exam after either option.
