Sales Pre-license - Study Aids
Preparing for the Wisconsin
Sales Licensing Exam can be an overwhelming task. There is so
much information to digest that you probably don't know where to
start. To help students in their studies, the WRA developed
the following tools.
Notice: The state-approved listing
contract (WB-1) and buyer agency/tenant representation agreement
(WB-36) are changing. The forms will have an optional use date of
January 1, 2008 and mandatory use date of July 1, 2008.
Consequently, we strongly encourage you to complete the course and
take the license exam by July 1, 2008. As of July 1, 2008 the
license exam will include test questions on the revised 2008 WB-1
and 2008 WB-36. If you do not complete the course prior to July 1,
2008, you will have to take specific steps to receive the revised
information. You have one year from the date of purchase to
complete the course.

Mock Exam
The mock exam is a 140
multiple-choice question exam on the Internet that simulates the
exam administered by the State of Wisconsin. It is a
timed exam (4 hours) and can be taken 3 times. A topical
analysis at the end of the exam aids students in future
preparation for the actual state exam. Adobe Acrobat
version 6.0 or newer is required to take the exam.

Vocabulary Builder
Need help learning the hundreds of terms used in real estate?
Then the WRA's Vocabulary Builder is the answer.
The Vocabulary Builder is a program that uses two simple
exercises, "Type It" and "Matching" to aid
in the retention of words. "Type It" allows you to
enter the definition for each term listed. "Matching"
offers a list of terms from which you choose the one that
matches the definition listed. There are no time limits on
either exercise. You are, however, limited to 50 sessions. Every
time you access the program counts as 1 session. During a
session you can review as many subject areas as you wish.
