Short Sales Forms Now Available!

The January 2008 Legal Update, “Short Sales – A Risky Business,” online at www.wra.org/LU0801, describes the factors that may need to be addressed when REALTORS® are asked to help a seller in a potential short sale situation or a buyer interested in buying a property in a short sale. By popular demand, three forms have been developed by the WRA to aid REALTORS® working in these types of situations. Wisconsin Home Sales Dip in 2007 but Prices Stable

Wisconsin housing sales decreased but prices increased in 2007, leaving Wisconsin’s real estate market in much better shape than many parts of the Midwest and the nation, according to the year-end analysis of existing home sales conducted by the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA). WRA Launches Housing Facts Resource

As part of the WRA's market awareness campaign, the WRA has developed a new online destination to provide consumers with facts and market insights on how the real estate industry is performing in Wisconsin.
