Kitty Jedwabny, CRB, CRS

Kitty Jedwabny is the 2004-2005 Chairman of the Board for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association. She is the manager-owner of Coldwell Banker, The Real Estate Group in Appleton, WI, and is also a partner in a construction company, J&S Homes, Inc.

Kitty has participated in numerous REALTOR® committees at local, state and national levels. Locally, she has served the North East Wisconsin Association as the chairperson for seven different committees, fifteen years as the local director, and twice as board president. In 1997, she was named as the local board REALTOR® of the year by her peers.

Her participation at the state level has been as a member of the License Law Committee, a member of the Public Policy Committee, a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, an RPAC trustee, a member and chair of the Convention Committee, and a Statewide Company Director. Nationally, Kitty has also served on the Risk Management Committee for NAR.

Kitty was recognized with the RPAC Designated Service award in 1995, 1996 and 2000. She was also awarded the Coldwell Banker Office Managers award of Excellence in 1998, 1999 and 2000 as the manager of the #1 Coldwell Banker office in Wisconsin those during those years, as well as the #1 office in a 13-state region in 2000.

Much of Kitty's time is also directed toward the community, serving on the Kaukauna Catholic Schools Board of Education, the St. Elizabeth's Foundation Board of Directors, the American Diabetes Board of Directors, the local American Red Cross Board of Directors and the Fox Valley Chamber of Commerce.
