Complete real estate forms with ease…use ZipForm, an electronic forms program created by ZipLogix. All Department of Regulation and Licensing approved real estate forms, Wisconsin REALTORS® Association created forms and select State Bar forms are available on ZipForm.

ZipForm offers two editions of the program, zipForm 6 Professional (Online) and zipForm 6 Standard (Desktop). zipForm 6 Professional is designed for members who want to experience the flexibility and mobility that only an online program can offer. The program provides access to forms from any computer anytime, anywhere via the Internet. There is nothing to install…it is 100 percent Internet based.

zipForm 6 Standard is for customers who want to access the program from their computer hard drive instead of over the Internet. The Internet is used only to download the program and for any updates. All your work is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
