Mortgage and Affordability Calculator – WRA’s mortgage calculator includes a mortgage rate checker, downloadable amortization tables, worksheets for calculating income and debt, and graphics that can be used in other documents.

Pop-up Blocker – Block annoying pop-ups from third party Web sites. Not sure if it’s working? The pop-up blocker automatically tallies the number of pop-ups blocked. It even includes a white list editor that allows you to override the software and tell it which Web sites can display pop-ups.
