zipForm® Information Center
Complete real estate forms with ease: use zipForm®, an electronic forms program created by zipLogix. All Department of Safety and Professional Service-approved real estate forms, Wisconsin REALTORS® Association-related forms and select State Bar forms are available on zipForm®.
zipForm® offers two editions of the program: zipForm® 6 Professional (online) and zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop). zipForm® 6 Professional is designed for members that want to experience the flexibility and mobility that only an online program can offer. The program provides access to forms from any computer any time, anywhere via the Internet. And with the program entirely Internet-based, there is nothing to install.
zipForm® 6 Standard is for customers who want to access the program from their computer hard drive instead of the Internet. The Internet is used only to download the program and to perform any updates. All work is stored on the computer's hard drive.

The zipForm® 6 Clause Library is the electronic version of the 2012 Wisconsin Real Estate Clauses manual. This is the go-to resource for drafting ideas when standard forms need to be modified to reflect the intent of the parties. The 2012 edition adds new clauses and revises many clauses that appeared in the previous edition. You can purchase the Clause Library directly through your zipForm® 6 account.
