Applicants must demonstrate two years of supervised practice as a licensed salesperson within the last four years preceding application. Evidence of two years of practice is demonstrated by a point system, and 40 points total are required. Referrals do not count toward experience requirements. 

• Completed or closed residential transaction = 5 points 
• Completed or closed commercial transaction = 10 points 
• Completed or closed timeshare transaction  = 1 point
• Property management contract is worth = .5 per month
