Show Me the Money

December 6, 2017 | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The CRB's new one-day course about compensation covers an integral part of any successful brokerage: developing a compensation plan. Compensating agents can be a tough balance between keeping the doors open and being competitive. While a variety of compensation models are available, one size certainly does not fit all.

Determining the means of compensation may be an easier task for a new brokerage versus an expanding brokerage with various levels of agents and business models. This course helps both large and small firms find the best plan to be profitable, encourage agent growth and build a medium or large firm in a competitive market. You will also learn how to use the compensation program in recruiting and retention as well as how execute a change in the compensation plan in established firms.
