  • Negotiation skills: keys to successful negotiation, various strategies and more.
  • Working with today's homebuyers: analysis of American lifestyles, DISC behavioral model, hot prospects, buyer behavior and more.
  • Qualifying and counseling your buyers: prospecting, the buyer consulting interview, preparation to buy and more.
  • Selecting the home and preparing to buy: what consumers want, home and neighborhood selection, buying signals and more.
  • Overcoming objections and closing the sale: handling objections, negotiation theories and philosophies, presenting the purchase agreement and more.

  • Location:  WRA headquarters live / classroom webcasts to Eau Claire, Kenosha, Mosinee, Sheboygan and Woodruff.

  • Credits: This course qualifies for 16 CRS credits, two GRI live elective credits and is approved for six hours of 2017-18 CE elective credit. 
  • Sponsor: Courses are co-sponsored with the Wisconsin CRS chapter. 
  • RRC member discount: If you are a Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) member, you qualify for a $20 course discount. Call to register.
  • New CRS online testing format: RRC now requires you to take the final exam online. Take your mobile device or laptop to the course(s) to take the test and receive your results immediately. No hard-copy exams will be available. A CRS online account is not necessary.
