I Smell What You're Stepping In

The tools the public needs keep changing. Real estate is experiencing an information explosion, in real-time. If ever there was a time to recharge, reinvent and refocus … it is now.

Unfortunately, most agents are working in their business, instead of on their business. Not being current harms the public. This is the most important class you never took in real estate school!

Opening Session will help you list and identify the most common real estate situations that negatively harm and impact customers, clients and members of the public. Some of the most fundamental reasons members of the public are unhappy with the real estate community are inadequate and untimely disclosures, having no idea what's going to happen next, or having no idea what their true real-time costs will be. These lead to ‚Äúoh by the way...‚ÄĚ disclosures from unprepared agents, making transactions very hard and stressful for the public.¬†

Keynote Terry Watson will equip you with the real-world tools to give the public extremely thorough disclosures, realistic and true anticipated costs and procedures, and extremely detailed and honest explanations of what to expect during their real estate transaction to help the public avoid problems, liabilities, missteps and/or unlawful acts. You will have tools to Easify the real estate transaction for the public and provide better information to help the public make informed decisions.

  • Identify the many ways agents fail the public by not explaining the real estate process.¬†
  • List immediate steps to alleviate the stress and trepidation the public experiences when purchasing real estate.¬†
  • Recall and use amazing tools and resources that empower the public rather than informing the public on a "need-to-know" basis.¬†
  • Recognize disclosures that allow the public to make informed and educated real-time decisions while they still have good options.¬†
  • Complete three lists¬†‚ÄĒ FAQs, this will mostly likely happen, and things you should not do ‚ÄĒ¬†that will prevent the public from harming their transaction and give them a clear idea of what to expect.¬†
