Room rates

  • February 27: $79 per night plus tax and resort fees
  • February 28-March 2: $55 per night plus tax and resort fees
  • Room tax: 13.38%

Resort fee is $30 per room per night plus tax. This fee includes property-wide high-speed wireless internet access, unlimited local and toll-free phone calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio room access for guests over the age of 18.

Event fees

  • Before February 1: $50/course
  • After February 1: $60/course
  • At the door: $70/course

Event fee includes course materials, morning coffee and pastries each day, and after afternoon breaks each day. 


2021-22 CE curriculum

Every two years, real estate licensees must complete 18 hours of CE to maintain their real estate license in the state of Wisconsin, as required by the Department of Safety and Professional Services. Coursework must be completed by December 14, 2022. The required courses for 2021-22 CE are:

  • Course 1: Wisconsin Listing Contracts
  • Course 2: Wisconsin Offers to Purchase
  • Course 3: Wisconsin New Developments
  • Course 4: Wisconsin Risk Reduction Through Professionalism (fulfills NAR Ethics)
  • Course 5: Wisconsin Real Estate Law and Practice
  • Course 6: Wisconsin Real Estate Transactions

Meet your instructor

JenniferLindsleyProfileJennifer Lindsley, WRA Director of Training

Jennifer Lindsley is the director of training for the WRA. Jennifer participates as an attorney on the WRA Legal Hotline and serves as a liaison between the WRA and the Wisconsin Technical College System. Her responsibilities include drafting education materials, developing pre-license and continuing education resources, and teaching WRA pre-license and continuing education courses. She received her B.A. from Portland State University and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Jennifer is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association. In 2014, she received the WRA Instructor of the Year award.
