Who should take the course?  

Quick Start is a sales and marketing training program designed for newly licensed sales associates -- or for experienced agents who want new sales and marketing ideas.

What topics are covered?  

Quick Start covers real estate sales and marketing topics, such as preparing a business plan, communications, prospecting, how to work For Sale By Owners, open houses, presenting the offer, handling objections, financing & much more.

Must I take all four modules?  

No. Quick Start's flexibility allows you to choose which modules you specifically need. However, taking all four modules would be more beneficial to the newly licensed associate.

How will Quick Start benefit me?  

As a newly licensed sales associate, you have completed 72 hours of pre-license education which taught you all the legal and technical aspects of real estate sales. Quick Start will prepare you for the realities of sales. You'll learn how to set up business/marketing systems to help you list and sell real estate, in other words -- how to make money!

Who will be teaching the class?  

Students will learn the professional secrets and advice from instructors who work in real estate. Quick Start features five instructors who will share their experience, knowledge and motivation skills which will enable students to compete successfully in real estate.
