2021-22 Real Estate CE On Demand Course Options for Wisconsin and Minnesota Credit
You are registering for the On Demand study option. To view the course description, click on the course name below. Licensees must complete all six courses for 18 hours of CE credit. Upon receiving and processing your registration for these courses, the WRA will email your course access information.
Before ordering, review the minimum system requirements.
Minnesota licensees may only obtain credit once during the same licensing period for any particular CE course. This includes CE courses of the same title and biennium that may be released in a second, revised version during the same biennium.
Note: 2021-22 Courses 2 and 6 will be available for purchase late summer due to revisions.

Wisconsin Offers to Purchase 2021-22 (version 2) (available late summer)Course 2 (version 2): Wisconsin Offers to Purchase provides licensees mandatory instruction in the financing commitment and appraisal contingencies. Navigate through situations involving multiple buyers and analyze the situation when working with a buyer or seller. Review the most common drafting mistakes and learn how to avoid them when drafting contracts.
Course 6 -
WI Real Estate Transactions 2021-22 (available late summer)Course 6: Wisconsin Real Estate Transactions provides instruction on options and rights of first refusal and how these are used in a transaction. Review buyer agency and how it can be used to serve a buyer-client’s needs in a transaction. Consider various environmental matters and how they might affect your transaction.
