Green Two-day Course

April 25-26, 2019 (new dates!)  I  8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. both days

The Day 1 course looks at why consumer demand for these homes is increasing and how both the homes and consumer expectations impact the market. Day 2 focuses on applying the knowledge of improving the resource efficiency of homes in interactions with buyers and sellers.

  • Credits: Qualifies for two live classroom credits toward the GRI designation and counts as credit toward the ABR designation. This course is approved for 6 hours of 2019-20 CE credit in lieu of courses 5 and 6.
