WRA Gives Lifetime Achievement Award to Norm Flynn

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) awarded the WRA Lifetime Achievement Award to Norm Flynn at its annual convention held in Wisconsin Dells in September. A native of Wisconsin, Flynn has been involved in the development, marketing and management of investment properties since 1970. In 1978, he founded Norman D. Flynn Associates, Inc., an investment real estate firm located in Madison.

Flynn has served the real estate industry in leadership roles at the local, state and national levels: local association president in 1977, state association president in 1983 and national association president in 1990. In addition, he worked for 25 years in the international arena as the president and CEO of the International Property Foundation working to develop a real estate industry that adheres to a code of ethics in emerging markets around the world. The result was the establishment of over 85 state and national organizations serving over 300,000 members.

The WRA’s Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an extraordinary individual for a lifetime of meritorious achievements that have advanced and enriched the real estate profession in Wisconsin.
