Two new forms now available

Members can now access two new forms through both platforms:

• WB-50 Residential Pre-Agency Showing Agreement: Created by the REEB, this new state-approved form is used when showing a property to a buyer before agency is established. It replaces the WRA’s previous pre-agency showing agreement.
• WRA Addendum LM: Intended for use when a seller opts for limited MLS exposure — such as through an office-exclusive listing or a delayed marketing listing. This form helps document the seller’s instructions and ensures the seller understands implications.
