WRA Gives Distinguished Service Award to Beth Jaworski

MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) recently awarded the Distinguished Service Award to association members and staff who have provided several years of leadership and distinguished service to the WRA.

Milwaukee-area REALTOR® Beth Jaworski was presented with the Distinguished Service Award at the WRA's annual convention held in Wisconsin Dells last month.

Jaworski has been a full-time residential REALTOR® since 1992. She holds the ABR, CHMS, CNE, CRS, GREEN and GRI designations and was elected to the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS® (GMAR) board of directors in 2003. Jaworski served as the GMAR treasurer in 2005, secretary in 2006, chairwoman in 2008, and was also named GMAR's REALTOR® of the Year in 2004. Jaworski has served on GMAR's professional standards committee since 1995 and on the WRA's real estate school since 2003. Beth also served on the WRA executive committee from 2010-11, was chair of the WRA convention in 2010, and was inducted as chapter leader for the Wisconsin CRS chapter recently at the WRA annual convention.

Jaworski is an associate vice president with Shorewest REALTORS®. She is also a lifetime member of its Million Dollar Club, and has been a President Club member and national sales award winner every year from 2000 through 2015. Jaworski consistently ranks in the top 1 percent of the company in production, selling 72 homes in 2015.

The Distinguished Service Award was established in 1985 and provides recognition to REALTORS® or employees of the WRA who have dedicated many years of leadership and/or service to the WRA. Recipients must have at least five years of membership or employment and must demonstrate a high commitment to the association.
