Not only do you get quick access to an IT team for problem resolution, but you also get assistance with WRA login steps, purchases and evaluating new technology!  One to two calls into the WRA Tech Helpline could pay for membership in itself versus hiring a local technician. Firms with existing IT departments: Consider offloading smartphone inquiries.
