Google Keep

A career in real estate means mastering the details. Client names, property addresses, list prices, access codes, deadlines ‚ÄĒ the list goes on and on. Keeping everything straight can feel like a full-time job and, without the proper organization, a little overwhelming ‚ÄĒ especially when you are on the go.

You may want to consider an organizational notetaking app like Google Keep. Free to download and compatible with all mobile devices as well as laptops and desktops, Google Keep makes your daily to-do lists, notes, checklists and reminders available to you literally wherever you go. You can eliminate the clutter in your brain and focus on the big picture, knowing that all the little details you need are at your fingertips.

Note-taking is a snap with Google Keep. Just tap to start a new note, and type a standard note, dictate an audio note or use the app's list feature. Use your device's camera to add a photo to your note, set a location-based or time-based reminder, or share your note with someone else.

View your notes at a glance with Google Keep's simple and user-friendly interface. Your most recently created notes are displayed first in single- or double-column format. Color-code or label your notes or pin them to the top to make them even easier to find. When you are done with a note, you can either archive it or delete it altogether.

Eliminate embarrassing forgetful moments and reign in some of the "details chaos" in your everyday life as a REALTOR¬ģ. Give Google Keep a try.
