It’s time to renew your digital forms product so you won’t miss a beat!

Your WRA membership automatically gives you access to the Transactions (zipForm Edition) product so you can complete real estate forms electronically. All DSPS-approved real estate forms, WRA-related forms and select Wisconsin State Bar forms are available in Transactions (zipForm Edition).

The Transactions (zipForm Edition) product requires you to validate your REALTOR^® membership on an annual basis. When you access your Transactions (zipForm Edition) account this month, you will likely encounter a renewal notification. The renewal process is easy to follow when you’re in the program.

In addition to the standard forms service, WRA membership also provides you with access to zipForm Mobile and an unlimited subscription to Authentisign at no extra charge.
