Asana Project Manager for Teams

REALTORS¬ģ tend to be "big picture" people. Being able to see the end goal and dream alongside their clients are attributes that help ensure success in the real estate business. At the same time, attention to every minute detail within a transaction ‚ÄĒ and there are A LOT of them ‚ÄĒ is essential. Sometimes it can be difficult to focus on the individual day-to-day tasks when keeping your eye on the broader scope. That's where a good project management tool can really save time and stress while keeping your deals on schedule.

Asana is an online tool, which is also available as an app for iOS and Android, designed to help organize the flow of projects such as the sale or purchase of a home to help keep your transactions on track and on time. Teams can work together on each project to communicate, collaborate and delegate ‚ÄĒ all within Asana. Each step in the process can be broken down even further into individual tasks, which can be assigned to specific team members along with due dates.

Boards and timeline features help you visualize the overview of the entire transaction and see where you are in the process at any given time. The Inbox tab acts as a dashboard where you can view your notifications each day, alerting you to new tasks, reminding you about unfinished assignments, and informing you about completed tasks or projects.

While Asana was not created specifically for real estate professionals, its general project organization and management features translate very well to real estate transactions, helping to ensure every detail, from home staging to closing, goes smoothly.

The basic version is available for as many as 15 team members to use for free. Upgrading to the Premium version costs $9.99 per month after a 30-day free trial, and unlocks features such as timeline, custom fields, unlimited dashboards and team members, priority support and more. Learn more at
