This video reviews the WB-36 Buyer Agency/Tenant Representation Agreement as well as the WB-47 Amendment to Buyer Agency/Tenant Representation Agreement. You’ll learn about excluded properties subject to a prior agreement, lien notices and commercial transactions, various compensation models, disclosure to clients, protecting confidentiality and much more.

Part 3 provides a detailed explanation of the WB-4 Condominium Listing Contract and the WB-42 Amendment to Listing Contract. This video explores describing the condo offered for sale, buyer rescission based on condo documents, helping the seller identify what will be included in or excluded from the sale and much more.
