Want to insert a little "fun" into your day-to-day communications with clients and colleagues? Ready to try something new to differentiate you from all of the other REALTORS® competing for your clients? Are you ready for this? Real estate emojis are hitting the scene and — when used correctly — can add that little something extra to make you stand out from the crowd or to strengthen that already established relationship.

These fun, real estate-themed emojis offer a way to break the monotony of the ordinary texts and emails that fly back and forth throughout the home selling or buying process — and save you some typing too! Have a new listing your client would like to see? Holding an open house this weekend? Receive an accepted offer? Why not say it with an emoji?

Here are two real estate emoji keyboards available for download:

REmojis

Developed by a real estate agent, REmojis were designed to communicate with clients, fellow REALTORS® and partners in the industry. There are 14 emojis available — all real estate agents — conveying messages about open houses to bidding wars. The keyboard app is currently available for download on iOS devices only ($.99). The app for Android users is coming soon, but for now you can download an Images Pack ($1.99) that includes png images that can be added as attachments or inserts to messages.

Visit www.remojis.com for more information.

CARmojis

The California Association of REALTORS® launched CARmojis earlier this year. This free keyboard app, available for iOS and Android, contains 30 real estate-related emojis such as open house signs, house keys and even a REALTOR® superhero! The app also comes with stickers that can be used on pictures to enhance the message.
