• Housing in Wisconsin: Demands, Trends and Challenges: UW-Madison professor Kurt Paulsen, Ph.D., examines Wisconsin housing trends related to pricing, rents, affordability, regulations, state policies and more
• WHEDA Discussion: Learn how WHEDA is addressing rural housing challenges in Wisconsin with WHEDA representatives Rebecca Giroux and Craig Eyers.
• Housing Solutions Panel: Watch a panel discussion regarding housing development, affordability and economic growth in the region. Moderated by Brian Slinkman, NextHome Partners owner/manager. Panelists:

• Legal and Legislative Update: Wendy Hoang, WRA Legal Counsel, Director of Curriculum and Legal Hotline Attorney, provides an update on the MLS Clear Cooperation Policy and the Multiple Listing Options for Sellers policy that took effect on March 25, 2025. This session also covers current legal and legislative issues affecting the real estate industry, including updates to the WB forms and legal advocacy. This session has been approved for one hour of CE credit for the 2025-26 Wisconsin real estate biennium.
