Welcome to the Housing Revolution in Wisconsin
Wisconsin’s housing crisis demands action, and progress is underway. In 2023, the WRA secured a historic $525 million investment to boost workforce and senior housing. With demand outpacing supply for over a decade, this marks a turning point.
These initiatives go beyond policy — they lay the foundation for real change. By streamlining development, empowering communities, and funding new construction and improvements, Wisconsin is building a stronger housing future.
The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, the League of Wisconsin Municipalities and the Wisconsin Builders Association created the More Housing Wisconsin coalition.
